# Investor Memo — Parmana Hi, I’m building Parmana — an Authority Verification Infrastructure for AI systems. It ensures that any AI-generated action is explicitly authorized, deterministically evaluated, and cryptographically verified before execution in the real world. --- ## The problem AI systems are rapidly moving from generating outputs → triggering real-world actions. But there is no deterministic system that answers:
“Was this action actually authorized to execute?”
Today: - AI systems generate actions but cannot enforce authority - workflow systems execute actions but do not verify authorization - audit systems log actions but do not prevent invalid execution There is no pre-execution authority layer. --- ## The insight Intelligence is not authority. AI can propose actions, but it cannot safely decide what is allowed to execute in real-world systems. That authority must be explicitly verified. --- ## The solution Parmana introduces a missing infrastructure layer: AI → Signals → Governance → Authorization Decision → Execution Runtime → Attestation It enforces: - deterministic authorization before execution - cryptographic proof of every decision - strict separation between AI and execution - independent verification without system access --- ## Why this matters now AI systems are moving into production systems where actions have real consequences: - financial transactions - infrastructure changes - healthcare workflows - enterprise automation But governance has not evolved to match execution autonomy. This creates a critical infrastructure gap. --- ## Category Parmana defines a new category:
Execution Authority Verification Infrastructure for AI systems
--- ## What we are building A deterministic system that ensures: - AI generates signals, not execution - Governance enforces authority - Execution is strictly controlled - Every action is cryptographically verifiable --- ## Why we win Because we are not building: - another AI tool - another workflow engine - another orchestration layer We are building the missing enforcement layer between intelligence and execution. --- ## Closing If AI is going to act in the real world, authority must be verified — not assumed. That is what Parmana does. Happy to share more.
